How to add domain web site exceptions to EPP 14.3 RU8 on Windows

Hi

I need help with this pls. I'm trying to white list some web sites that Symantec thinks are unsafe but we are sure are not. I've added the url to Trusted Internet Domain Exceptions and it now works on some - but not all PCs. Even after reboots and a week of time. 

Is there some way to diagnose that the policy is getting to the PCs and why it's not being applied?

If it doesn't work, check the policy serial number.

Also, try to make an exception directly from the SEP agent.

Make additional requests at symantec sitereview.
