HA probe invalid alarm during start probe?

I see in different environments running the HA probe a wrong alarm coming up when we start the HA probe:

"Lost contact with remote Hub /_domain/_hub/_robot/hub"
Wrong, because the main hub that this HA probe is protecting was never down.
I can reproduce this in 3 different environments (windows, linux) by stopping the HA probe and after 1 minute start it again.
Support says they cannot reproduce.
Is somebody having the same false alarm, that is never auto acknowledged, during start of the HA probe?
Thanks, Luc

This is indeed a known issue, and is tracked internally with defect ID DE540581.  You can reference this defect ID if you have any communications with Support.

This is slated to be fixed in HA 20.50 but at this time no ETA has been provided by engineering.

Hello,

I have tested in a Windows environment with HA version 20.40, hub version 23.4.2, controller version 23.4.2.

I could successfully reproduce the issue.

I can also confirm that this is occurring.

My recollection is that support confirmed this was a defect - it appears that the probe assumes that the primary is down until it gets around to checking it the first time.

Thanks for your HA tests & for the link to the existing defect
