 Fixing Action Management custom action pack upload for a new installation

Hi,

We are moving our RA setup to cloud.  When trying out the new environment, a test deployment fails due to a custom action pack.  Agents nolio_action_exe.log reports that it cannot find one of our custom Action classes  (ClassNotFoundException)

To overcome the situation,  we copied the custom action pack to Agents actionslib and restarted the agent, but it did not help

When looking thru UI, Action Management has clearly problems.  (Our environment is airgapped and would need proxy configuration to get to outside world.)


when trying to upload the custom action pack, we get following error


When looking at the UpdateService/upload- folder, can see that the file has been uploaded to the server. However, cannot find logs which would reveal what happened.  update-service-log4j2.properties would hint that there should be log file update-service.log, but thats not present in whole server. Cannot find any errors pointing to failure in ROC machines other logs.

Ideas from where to start looking for the solution ?
