 Failing Synchronization between Spectrum and NetOps Performance Center

Currently running NetOps Spectrum and Performance Center version 22.2.5 and have built dashboards to view the Spectrum Critical Alarms per Spectrum Landscape for our Operations staff.  But it appears that when an alarm clears in Spectrum, that it is still remaining in the Performance Center dashboard view.

Here is a current view from Spectrum One-Click Console filtering on all alarms for Spectrum Landscape-2, 

And here is the NetOps Performance Center view for the same alarm data for Landscape-2:

Note the Alarm from March 25th in NetOps Performance Center, and you do not see the matching alarm in Spectrum, as the event has already cleared in Spectrum.   So, it appears the synchronization is not working as it should between Spectrum and Performance center integration.  The only option for Performance Center integration to Spectrum is here in One-Click administration page.  

Since there are really only two options, one to enable and one to set the polling interval (currently set to 60 seconds) there does not appear to be anything else to set with the integration.  

Any suggestion on what we could check to figure out why the integration appears to be failing?

Hi Jim,

the synchronisation of alarms between Spectrum and Portal (formerly Performance Center) has improved in the last versions in order to guarantee a better real-time update.

For example, in 22.2.10, we introduce the ability to integrate events from PM to Spectrum using Kafka

Regarding the configuration you commented, this make reference to the integration of events from PM to Spectrum using WebServices. Spectrum pulls every 60 seconds (or the configured value) events of the synchronised devices.

Portal has evolved from pulling alarms from Spectrum only over demand with Portal dashboard reload to pull them in the background and support auto-refresh in the Alarm Console.

Therefore, I recommend you to upgrade to latest version to enjoy a better experience.
