 Exporting data from Symantec Endpoint Security throws the error on download - "Unable to get list of devices"

Hello Team,
 
In Symantec Endpoint Security Complete, we are facing an issue while downloading endpoint data. When attempting to download data for approximately 6,000 endpoints, we receive the following error message:
 
"Unable to get list of devices"

As per the documentation, this is a known limitation for report/results downloads. Downloads with fewer than 10,000 rows should complete successfully.
