Errors in AAKE 24.2 installation process

Hi everyone, 

We are trying to install AAKE v24.2 on Azure AKS. we did everything as described in the this documentation, but when we got to the cert manager part we got errors, and when we searched how to solve them, we understood that we need to run all services and then try again.

So, we did the helm install, and we got error (attached in logs.txt file) and when we tried to run the cert manager again ew got another error (in the cert manager error.txt file).

Something seems to us to be not in order with manual, maybe we are doing something wrong?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi Omer,

It seems that the jwp pods can't start during the deployment which shouldn't be related to the cert manager errors. Could you please check the logs of the jwp deployment/pods/containers?

Caused by: java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: com.broadcom.aa.operator.pipeline.common.exception.WaitException: The wait for Deployment: default/jwp completed with exception.

Hi,

I looked in the JWP log and it seems that it try to connect to the WP's but fails.
