Hi,

We are facing the issues of encryption while encryption agent is not installed and agent rollout gives the error. 

What could be possible issues for causing encryption issues.

Hi Mobeen,

Which encryption solutions you are referring here?  Is it Symantec Endpoint Encryption (SEE) or Symantec Encryption Desktop?

Could you please elaborate more on the exact issue that you are facing?

As you mentioned agent rollout giving an error, please reach out to Broadcom support team for further assistance.

Hi @Prashant Chaudhari 

Here I am referring to Symantec Desktop Encryption and facing errors while performing the silent invisible enrollment , I have verified the registry entries as below.


PGP_INSTALL_SSO=1- 
PGP_SILENT_FORCE_LDAP=0 
PGP_INSTALL_WDE=1

Also, there are two errors in PGPSSO log file.

non-fatal error: DSGetDCName failed: 1355

Error: NetUserGetInfo failed: 1722
