Dear Sertac,
Your question is unclear. Which mode are you using?
In Server Key Mode (SKM), the server possesses the WDRT token, which can be used to bypass the boot process.
If your laptop is properly enrolled in PGP and you log in with an Active Directory (AD) user account, you can configure the WDE Admin passphrase on the server. This will allow you to bypass issues that may arise with the laptop. Additionally, there are options available for self-recovery, which you can find in the admin guide.

Additionally, you have the option to use a master-slave hard drive from another laptop that is already enrolled, has the same version of PGP, and is a domain user. This will require the user password of the primary laptop's user.
I hope this will help you.
