DEVICE AS/400 rotate passwords

Currently, it is required to synchronize accounts on AS/400 IBM servers, where the documentation states that it is possible and does not present any difficulties and the IBM connector provided can be used.

Which requires knowing if it has any impact or if it is possible to rotate passwords on said servers or if there are any restrictions that may exist?

Hi Jhon, Requirements from the PAM side are provided on documentation page Add an IBM i Target Connector. I don't think the documentation states anywhere that this "does not present any difficulties". There may be requirements defined on the target server regarding password complexity, and you would need to configure the password composition policy used by the target application in PAM accordingly. If you just wanted to know, if anyone has run into problems using that connector, we'll have to wait and see if more comments come in.
