Compatibility Information for RA.JMS 2.2.9

Hi everyone,

 

Due to Oracle's strict licensing policies, we are no longer allowed to use Oracle Java 1.8.

 

As an alternative, we are now using OpenJDK 17. However, we’ve noticed that the component RA.JMS 2.2.9 is currently not listed as compatible in the official compatibility matrix.

 

Are there any known technical limitations or compatibility issues that would prevent the use of OpenJDK 17 with RA.JMS 2.2.9?

Has anyone already requested the inclusion of OpenJDK 17 in the compatibility matrix to ensure continued support?

Our internal tests show that RA JMS does NOT run with Java 17. Currently it only works with Java 1.8.
