I assume version control is not an option for client zero. Mostly because there is nothing that appears under PA. :)

Even though it would be nice to have, I suppose since there are some many VARAs manipulated by Automic automatically from processing in other clients and the overall role of client zero, version control is not possible. And let's face it, there aren't many changes made by human users, just two human administrators. Still, two human administrators who are not without fault...

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi,

apologies, I was referring to "Version Management". I believe it's not possble to activate "Version Control" for client 0.

Regards, Markus

Hi,

I strongly recommend to activate version control in client 0. Just imagine that an administrator modifies a setting in UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS which breaks the whole system a few days later. What did the previous configuration look like? No problem, just look it up in the previous version of the object.

Regards, Markus

Hi Markus,

My question is, how do I activate this in client 0? It doesn't show up in Process Assembly. It functions in our other clients.

This image is from our main production client, In 0 there is not Version Control pulldown.
