Changing the administrator account password

Hi Team,

We received a question from an end user.
When they changed the administrator password, authentication failed, but when they tried again a few hours later, authentication seemed to pass.
Do you know why it took so long in this case?

I am contacting you to ask about the "Administrator Credentials" set in the AdminUI user directory.
The other day I changed the password for the account set in "Administrator Credentials".
After changing the password, I tried to check authentication but it was not successful.
I checked the authentication again a few hours later and it was successful without any problems,
 but does it take some time for the change to be reflected after a password change?

Do you have any information on what causes the login time to be slow?
