Can Analytics be installed during new AAKE installation with migrated AE ?

Hi-

I am planning an AAKE POC installation and would like to use a backup of my existing AWA (v12.1) AE database for the POC. The existing on-prem AWA does not have Analytics installed but I would like to install Analytics in the AAKE POC.

The documentation states that Analytics cannot be migrated to AAKE but if I am only migrating the AE database and there is no on-prem Analytics can I install Analytics during my AAKE installation?

 

My colleagues and I have been going back and forth about how to interpret the installation documentation.

 

Has anyone here tried this or know if this scenario is acceptable?

Yes, you can install Analytics during your AAKE installation.
