CA Service Desk Manager: Make Change Order Closed Comment Required

Hello: Is there an option in Options Manager, for Change Orders, to make the logged comment required when the status is being updated to Closed?  If not, what is the best alternative method for accomplishing that?  Thank you.  Scott

In your Administration TAB: Service Desk > Change Orders > Change Order Transitions

Find your transition/s to the close status and select the 'Must Comment' check box
