If we update a contact record in CA Service Desk Manager, that change does not automatically get applied to their corresponding User record in CA Service Catalog. UserID is the most critical field. Earlier last year, the UserIDs we used was a combination of the active directory domain + SAM account (example if domain is abc and SAM account is sstineman, the userid value was abc\sstineman). When we started using SAML/Azure authentication, we updated all userid values in CA Service Desk Manager to be only the SAM account. When we did that, all of the UserIDs in CA Service Catalog remained untouched (still had domain\sam_account).
Is there a way to globally update all user accounts in CA Service Catalog to pull in the current data from CA Service Desk? Thank You. Scott
