One of our clients relocate to a different city. We told him to use his cellphone hotshot to connect to the internet, then connect to our network via VPN.
Everything is doing well for the first 5 days.
But he started to received notification on day 6 from SEP that "The client will block traffic from IP address xxxxxx for the next 600 seconds."
The IP was from Google.
The notification showed up while he was using Gmail or some regular websites.
During those 600 seconds, he cannot browse, cannot google, cannot watch videos on YT, cannot going to bing.com
We tried restart the hotshot but did not work.
It seems all the traffic was being blocked.
Please advise how to solve this.
