Best Practice to upgrade the CA Agent Version[Iseries, Unix/Linux and Windows]

Hi All,

This is to know the best practice for CA Agent verison upgrade.

1. To uninstall[Before uninstall backup config files for reference] and install fresh new version of Agent.
2. Else, just go with upgrade option without uninstall.

You can do either and depends on your situation.  Run the setup of 12.0 or 12.1 and then you can choose upgrade.
