When a co-worker tries to start Automic, he gets this error.  He said someone had mentioned that it may have something to do with him having Windows 11 on his new computer, but I do not know if there is a Windows 11 issue.

Hello Sharon,

There should be no issue with using version 9.4.2 client on a Windows 11 machine.  A Network Socket Error is a generic connect error. To better understand the underlying issue, we would want to hit the "Details" button to get more information about the error.  The error details may provide more information about the issue or we may need to enable client debug, reproduce the error, and then review the client logs for more information.

What is the error message seen when selecting details button or when reviewing the client.log for in the User's log directory (log directory found in same directory as RunClient.jar)?
