Automic v21 to v24 upgrade

Hello, we are looking to upgrade our automic environment from v21 to v24 and were wondering if we can do a direct upgrade passing the minor released of v21. We are currently on v21.0.4, and so far what I have found i am not seeing anything that says we can't but also the same for that we can. 

Any assistance would be great!

I think it depends on if you are using UTF8 or not.  There is a migration package for the database to move to UTF-8.  If you are already on the target encoding then you might be able to skip that step.  Otherwise, check if the latest migration package works with your version of v21.  Your support contact might have more info. V21.0.10 HF2 is good, I haven't tried the later ones.  I'd recommend waiting for v24.3 due in a week or so as 24.2 has a few UI bugs.
