Automic Automation 24.0.0 Connection with partner will be closed

Hi everyone

I'm using Automic Automation 24.0.0.

I'm try to using JOBF to transfer file between Windows Server 2019

I get error like this

File transfer 'JOBF.SAMPLE.NEW.1' (RunID '0001179019') ended abnormally.

U00011492 FT '1179019': Connection with partner <Destination of Agent>' will be closed. Error: 'null'.

I checked the privileges user below

Act as part of the operating system
Adjust memory quotas for a process
Allow log on locally
Back up files and directories
Logon as batch job
Logon as service
Replace a process level token
Restore files and directories

I updated UAC (User Access Control) -> No Notify

EnableLUA -> 0

Does any have idea abut the problem

It looks like the error may be related to a connection or authentication issue between the source and destination agents. Make sure the Automic agent service is running on both servers, the network ports are open, and the user has proper permissions for file transfer. Also, check the agent logs for more detailed error information.
