Hi,
has anyone had a situation where job failure alerts have stopped appearing in WCC/WebUi (when the mechanism had previously been working ok)?
We are running WebUi with 4 Autosys instances (Schedulers) defined to it.
Yesterday we upgraded those 4 Autosys instances from R11.3.6 to R12.0.01
The upgrade worked and all appears to work except for the fact that in the case of one of those Autosys instances, job failure alerts are now not arriving/appearing on the WebUi dashboard. (The job failure Alarm is still recorded in the Autosys Scheduler log)
Also, there a handful of Alerts which are still listed on the WebUi dashboard. These were alerts that were created before yesterday's upgrade. We cannot 'Ack' or 'Close' those alerts in WebUi. We get a message indicating the 'Close' or 'Ack' has been processed but it's status on the WebUi dashboard does not change.
The alert policies defined to WebUi still exist and have not been changed,
We have tried stop stating the Autosys Application Server process but this has not resolved it.
Can anyone offer any suggestions for fault finding or has anyone else experienced this?
