An end user requested us to investigate the cause and how to resolve an error that occurred when they accessed an external API.
We asked the end user to obtain the smps log and found the following error at the time the problem occurred:

The SiteMinder manual suggests increasing the "MaintenanceQueryTimeout" value for the following error. Would this also work for the above error?
