 About Symantec Support - Unable to Open New Support Case

Hello,

Today I wanted to open a support case because a problem we have with Symantec on-prem manager console, howewer when I tried opening case from below it kept displaying following error message. I need an alternative way to open support case ASAP and sadly telephone call kind of out quesiton, so if there is an email address where or any other way that I can contact support please do share with me.
