About Last Event Time and Last Event Time (Instant Poling)

Spectrum 24.3.9

An end user has asked about Last Event Time and Last Event Time (Instant Poling) in [SPECTRUM Status] of Spectrum Report Manger.

Is the following understanding correct?

Last Event Time is the time when the last event occurred.
Last Event Time (Instant Poling) is the time of polling specified by instant_event_poller_processing_interval.

In this case, can we assume that the difference between these two times will never exceed the value of instant_event_poller_processing_interval?
If it did exceed that value, would that mean a problem has occurred?
