  • 1.  Help with SQL query on Jobs and Job Plans

    Posted Feb 04, 2021 06:04 AM

I have some questions on the retention of jobs in Automic.  There is no "active/inactive" flag for the Job Plans. They either exist or are deleted.  Batch jobs are added to job plans so that they can be scheduled to run.  There are jobs that are no longer needed, but no active cleanup activities. I would like to find all the jobs that can be deleted that are no longer running/needed.

I would like to get a SQL statement that returns Automic data that might help with cleanup:

    1. The most recent run date for all jobs that are in Job Plans
    2. The scheduled run frequency for all job plans

    Thanks for your assistance.
