  • 1.  icmp and ssh services not working

    Hi Team,
    This is Madas. We are using the Symantec s-400 proxy devices in one of our client organization and its working in explicit mode. also we are trying to reach the public IP address and access the outside server via SSH from our end users. But unable to access even enabled the bypass mode for the particular services in the proxy servers. Please help us to resolve this issue.
