Some Customers / Partners reported that they were unable to access Case Management in the Customer Support Portal due to an SSO error. This error message is associated with the current maintenance cycle that is underway. This maintenance window will end at 11:59 PM November 12th, 2018. It is not working for me. Specifically, I have clicked on "MY CASES" and received the SSO error message.

I called the local CA Support in Germany and statement was: IT is working on it, but no completion date yet - hopefully by EOD.
Same here. This is such a looooooong maintenance window. I wish we could have such windows at our customers.
Same here - is there an ETA to fix this ? After 1 week there is still no resolution to this error.
