Unable to Access Case Management from the Support Portal

Some Customers / Partners reported that they were unable to access Case Management in the Customer Support Portal due to an SSO error. This error message is associated with the current maintenance cycle that is underway. This maintenance window will end at 11:59 PM November 12th, 2018. If immediate assistance is required, please contact the Customer Assistance team by calling +1-800-225-5224 or refer to Contact CA Support - CA Technologies if you are calling from outside the USA.

The issue is resolved and you should be able to access Case Management now.

It is not working for me.  Specifically, I have clicked on "MY CASES" and received the SSO error message.

This issue has now been resolved. Users should now be able to access Case Management without issue.

Would be great to get an official statement here?

I called the local CA Support in Germany and statement was: IT is working on it, but no completion date yet - hopefully by EOD.

Same here. This is such a looooooong maintenance window. I wish we could have such windows at our customers.

Same here - is there an ETA to fix this ? After 1 week there is still no resolution to this error.
