Abstract: More elements of our latest roadmap for AIOps and Observability from Broadcom are coming your way! Please join us for this session in which we’ll highlight some important changes to the DX SaaS user experience.
The larger initiative is to unify the capabilities across multiple products in our portfolio including DX Application Performance Management, DX App Experience Analytics, DX Operational Intelligence and others. These updates bring use cases from our AIOps and Observability solutions into unified, procedurally-based workflows. This transition will help users across IT functions and job roles in several ways.
Unified user experience. For example, changes to Settings will simplify work of administrators and super users, especially those responsible for multiple Broadcom products.
Streamlined procedural workflows - organizing around use cases. The new use case approach will make the work of individual operators more intuitive and foster more efficient collaboration across team members.
In this session, we’ll cover the first phase of UI changes and share a preview of workflows currently in development.
