    Hi
    We have installed CENTOS 7.5 (64BIT) as below.
    SCM version : V13.0.3(64BIT)
    ORACLE version : 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0-64bit Production
    ORACLE NLS_CHARACTERSET : AL32UTF8

    Korean is broken when you enter Korean in Administrator.

    You might need an eFix for this problem. Could you please raise a support ticket, so that we can upload a test patch for you and see if it resolves your problem?

    We have case number 20143702.

    We want to get the test patch a little bit faster and test it, but the case manager keeps going in different directions.
    Can you pass the problem to the case owner?
