Could not read error on Defects list if sorting by Created By

Seems to be a recurrence of this error: https://community.broadcom.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MID=758657

If I add a field for Created By to my Quality > Defects list, and try to sort by that field, I get this error:
"Could not read: could not read all instances of class com.f4tech.slm.domain.Artifact for class Artifact"

If I sort by any other field, it's fine. I'm using Chrome.

Hi Corinne,

I can't reproduce your issue. Below is a screenshot of my Defects page where you can see it is sorted by "Created By" column. I have no trouble sorting asc/desc. 
I even disabled and deleted some of the users who created defects to see if it may fail if they didn't exist, but even then it's working.

Do you have the new UI? Does your screen/grid looks as mine?
Perhaps you still have the old UI?  (I do have the old UI, but there I can't add Created By to the list of columns in the first place...).
