    Hi Team!

I Created a new request since CA USS, this request create new case on CA SDM, then on CA SDM I upload an attachment and then I go to CA USS, I see the document but if I do clic on the attachment link nothing happen, the browser open a new tab on blank, and if I do left clic over the link and copy the link address this is "void(0)"

also the time is different between CA SDM and CA USS, I changed the time zone on the USS but nothing happen

For example, the attachement "The pencil of Ester Piscore.png"  was upload since CA SDM (see the time is 16:11) and on USS the time is (11:11)

    Johanna,

What release of USS/SDM is this ?

It seems to me that the download is getting blocked by the browser somehow.

Is there Service Catalog in the picture too, or just USS -> SDM?

    Thx

    Thank you.

Would you be able to test this again after installing a web debugging tool (example: Fiddler,   launch it)  and repeating the use case?

When you click on an attachment in USS, its supposed to make a call to SDM's attachment URL, example:

    A connection to  SDM's Tomcat URL     https://SDMHost:8443HTTP/1.1

And then if the above was successful, you'll see a POST https://SDMHost:8443/CAisd/UploadServlet HTTP/1.1     with an Origin: http://YourUSSHostName:8686

Maybe the denial is on the first connection up above (maybe the browser can't reach the URL in question  OR HTTPS interference),  OR during the POST in the second check above (Cross Origin settings were not enabled on SDM Tomcat properly)

The above should be a bit more clear using debug tools like Fiddler.

    Hi Johanna,

This might be related to permission issues. The stdlog won't show any details but the jstd.log and the view.log from Catalog will show some information. Please check those logs in the timeframe you uploaded the file and provide us the details.

    Regards,

    Pablo
