    Hello everyone,

Currently, I am working with CA SDM, and we need to create a data partition in the role, to restrict the groups.

    The detail is the following:

We want that the users can not see tickets, that they do not have their group assigned.

    for example
Test Group is assigned to tickets 1002, 1003
and ticket 1001, is assigned to the Dayset group.

the objective is, the user members of the Test group, should not have permission to see the ticket 1001

Does anyone have any idea how to generate this in a data partition inside the role?
    I await your response.thanks

    Regards,
    Marco Velazquez.

Since Accept button instead of Save is displayed, I would presume that this record is locked. Please check Administration->System->Current Locks to check this and remove. If there is nothing, try to recycle SDM services
