Hello Guys,
One question over here.. When you create a survey and you want that users receive it everytime the close a ticket you can go to the 'Close' activity notification and in Survey tab you make the necessary adjusments.
When you receive the email you only see a plane text in the body of the email. I wan to know if there's a way i can configure the survey in someway we can see it as the HTML templates that you receive when you open/close a ticket.
