One question over here.. When you create a survey and you want that users receive it everytime the close a ticket you can go to the 'Close' activity notification and in Survey tab you make the necessary adjusments.
When you receive the email you only see a plane text in the body of the email. I wan to know if there's a way i can configure the survey in someway we can see it as the HTML templates that you receive when you open/close a ticket.

As workaround you can add link to survey in your close notification, so You will have only one close related notification an it will be in html. How to do this you can find here: https://communities.ca.com/message/241810252#comment-241810252
