  • 1.  activity notification for re-open activity type

    Hi,

     

     

    is requiered to activate the notification for reopen tickets, for this is set like automatic to send the activity notification "reopen", but when is changed the ticket status from "resolve" to "re-open", in activity log shows the activity type like "update status" and not like "re-open", then is not sent the notification.

    Hi DiegoForero,

    You would need to set up a notification macro to send a notification specifically when the status is updated to "re-open" - thats most likely what its doing for the "resolve" status (although there is also a resolve notification out of the box so that may not necessarily be true).

    Hi, reopen activity will be generated only when ticket from inactive state goes to active. In order for transition from resolved to reopen generate reopen activity you need to mark that resolved status makes ticked inactive. But this change will disable resolved activity when status will be set to resolved since close activity will be generated.

     

    There is alternative ways to achive the same but this will include custamizations.
