    hi guys,

    we using Service Catalog/Unifed Self Service 14.1 and looking a way to custom the default look and feel home webpage from Unified Self  Service. From Catalog/Forms/Forms no get options to performs this.

     

    I seemed to has seen an article that says: to default home page edit/custom apply some patchs or CUM 1 are necessaries. But I dont sure to this.

     

    Could you help me to solve?

    Hi Eduardo!

     

    My understanding is we currently do not have a supported procedure to modify the USS UI aside from enabling/disabling 'Communities' which was included with 14.1.02 (CP2):

     

    CA Service Management Release 14.1.02 Enhancements - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation

     

    14.1.01 (CP1) includes functionality to show/hide the service option group and form name however this only slightly changes the display of requests. This is mentioned under 'Configuration Options for displaying or hiding SOG and Form display names':
