    Hi Eduardo,

I don’t believe there is any way ‘out-of-the-box’ to specify the priority (or importance) flag with an email notification.  You might have to script that and create a new ‘Notification Method’ to launch your script.  The ‘notify level’ with a message template is used to decide which delivery method to use to send the notification to any particular contact – it maps to the ‘Low / Normal / High / Emergency’ Notification Methods set in the contact details.  So you can for example have ‘High’ level messages sent by SMS but ‘Low’ by email.  The Implementation Guide has documentation on creating a customised notification method.

    Regards,

    James
