Federal Government: Object and Field Name Changes - Cost Plan

I have been requested, by my Federal Government client, to change the name of "Cost Plans" in the system to "Spend Plans." The entire agency refers to "Spend Plans." I'm not aware of any method to change the names en masse. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to achieve this?

My suggestion is the same as for your other question: Open a case with support.

There is no straightforward way to achieve this.
Renaming Cost Plans in the system would require changes in Clarity system files (omd files for Old UI and War files for new UI) which is Not Recommended by Broadcom.
