List of All Locked Projects?

​Hi All.
I'm new to the community, so not sure this question is appropriate. My Admin users of Clarity PPM 15.5.1 are asking if there is any list or report available in the UI that displays all locked projects. They want to monitor which PMs are maintaining locks when uploading from Microsoft Project.
