Which is (the approach outlined at Pemari academy) a fantastic tactical solution with the right nuts and bolts, if your use case is to simply migrate as-is (sort of) to the new UX.
What I tried to add (perhaps not too well) is that the move to the New UX is an opportunity to rethink the construct of Programs and how they align with an organization's new ways of working (digital/agile transformation).

Had you attended Pemari Academy you would have heard about one approach:
Convert programs to projects, add custom fields, separate blueprints and processes if needed.

There isn't any one right answer to this and will depend on how you define your programs and what is it that you use the construct for.
You could potentially use either 'roadmaps' or 'custom investments' depending on how much control you want to have as well as what all information you want to track at the program level itself.

As of 15.8.1 what are others using to support programs in the Modern UX? Within webinars I've seen custom investments, hierarchies using a program custom investments, and channels to classic? Anyone have any tips on managing programs in the modern ux?
