  • 1.  how to activate Clarity 15.2 new interface pm

    Hello,

     

    We have upgraded to 15.2 from 14.3 and when I tried to access to pm page ie the new GUI it redirects me automatically to the classic interface. I think I am missing something to configure the new module. Any help will be appreciated.

    Are you using URLs such as the below?

    http://<yourServerURL>/pm/ or https://<yourServerURL>/pm/
    http://<yourServerURL>/pm/#/projects or https://<yourServerURL>/pm/#/projects

    http://<yourServerURL>/pm/#/timesheets or https://<yourServerURL>/pm/#/timesheets

    Hi Karim

     

    Please make sure you go to Administration - System Options - New User Experience and select the option Activate New User Experience:

     

     

    Then try to access the /pm URL as above. Please check this documentation out for more information on how to start with New User Experience:

    Hi Nika,

     

    We have recently upgraded one of our non-prod from 14.3 to 15.2

     

    Surprisingly we see that New Timesheet UI options is disabled by default

     

    Any Idea why ?

     

    Note: We are Ondemand (SaaS)

    Hi Avik,

    Its a system administration configuration, we enable only Activate New User Experience during upgrade. We don't enable timesheet because enabling that it will disable the Old Timesheet link and we let it for customer to take that decision.

    Hi Suman,

     

    Thanks for your reply

     

    I can see those two options in Administration > System Options and both of them are unchecked. That is ok to us

     

    But for Activate Timesheets option even I do not have the access to enable it from admin side and it is disabled

     

    Do we mean it would be like that and to have that option enabled so we admin can check it we need to first request on demand team ?

    Is dependent on the 1st option if you Activate New UI then only you can enable the timesheet.
