Portal Navigation Menu Question

We are testing with DEVELOPER PORTAL 4.5, Gateway 9.4.

We created a TENANT 'apitest'.

In the default tenant 'apim', click the NAVAGATION menu at the top
-apim navigation

The NAVIGATION menu at the top of the newly created TENANT 'apitest' appears differently.
TENANT 'apitest' have no API Explore.

Where do you set the menu authority?

In portal 4.4 and above API Explorer is only accessible through the API Portal/Ingress tenant (apim.<domainame>). It was replaced with the "SPEC" (SwaggerUI) interface. So if you are using an external tenant, test and explore APIs use the Swagger UI instead.  The major difference is that SwaggerUI (Spec) does not have the ability to generate sample code for multiple languages the way API Explorer did. Just generates a curl call.
