Need best documentation for Layer 7 API Management like Apigee, Mulesoft

Hello Broadcom Team,

I worked on Apigee Edge, MuleSoft and Azure API Management tools. I am new to Layer 7 API Management. When I go through layer 7 documentation, I do noticed that it is not as good as Apigee, mulesoft and azure api management documentation. Believe me, documentation is the first and last point of contact for every technology lovers and it is the only real teacher for us.

If you go through Apigee, Mulesoft and Azure api management documentation, you will notice that it is one of the best documentation ever I have seen. It is systematically categorized for API developer, operations and engineering team (gateway setup and install team). And good thing is, these documentations are free of cost and available to use for anyone. These gateways also provide demo login for api proxy, product and developer app creation. Hence we engineers feel confident when we think to work on Apigee, mulesoft or Azure. Unfortunately, I don't think this is the case with Layer 7 API Management.

So I request you to look into this and create step-by-step documentation for Layer 7 API management. This way you can create more confidence in developers, business analysts and engineers.

I did save the answer since it seemed very good.

Have you reviewed these? The learn at broadcom (or your account team may help) has a very good basic course with an airline sample and a lab. I am not sure if this has a cost associated but you can open a case with our Global service Center (learning). And / or speak with your account team on this who may be able to help facilitate.

Hello Charles - thanks for your comments. I have already gone through these links and did not find step-by-step training and documentation without any cost unlike apigee and mulesoft. It would be great if layer7 can have similar type of documentation.

Hello Sachin,

Thank you for the feedback. Our documentation is going through a bit of a redesign under the Broadcom banner so some links break occasionally and are fixed soon after, there is certainly room for improvement once the redesign is complete.
