 No Entitlements after migration of support portal

We migrated our VMware support account to Broadcom, however we cannot find any entitlements, licenses or software downloads.

Trying to initiate a live chat I waited 15 minutes but nobody seems to be able to pickup.

Can you please give us some advice what to try next.
