  • 1.  Passed a certification exam and I can't get certification proof. Certification manager doesn't work.

    After the exam I received this.

    That was 3 days ago I received nothing else.

    So I go that URL and at the botton I click Certification Administration and "Certification Manager – Keeping Track of Your Certification Journey" and I get an SSL error, the SSL certificate is expired (the irony). I tell the web browser to continue and got another error.

    I don't know how to contact anyone about this.

    Do you have any insight about this that you can share?

    There is a similar discussion here:

    There is no solution yet, but it seems there is a larger issue with the certification manager, and Broadcom is aware of it. However, I can't say how much attention is being given to fixing it.
    I've already been waiting for my certification proof for 2.5 weeks :/

    Hi everyone,

    I'm writing this post to share my experience and hopefully connect with others in a similar situation.

    I passed the 2V0-72.22: Spring Professional Developer exam on June 7, 2025, and received the score report immediately. However, I have not yet received the certificate or badge, nor any follow-up instructions on how to access them.

    I've contacted both Pearson VUE and Broadcom support multiple times, and although I've received replies, the responses have been vague. I was told that the issue may be related to the exam being retired by mistake, and that a backend team is working on it. Unfortunately, no clear timeline or official update has been provided so far.

    What concerns me most is that this issue doesn't seem to be officially acknowledged anywhere, despite the fact that others appear to be affected too. It's been almost a month, and I'm still in the dark.

    If you're going through the same thing, please feel free to reply here. It would be reassuring to know I'm not alone, and maybe together we can better understand what's going on.
