Spring Professional Develop 2V0-72.22

    I passed the 2VO-72.22 exam on Friday (20.06.2025) and the exam is marked as "passed" in my Broadcom (CertMetrics) profile. I also completed all the training materials in the Spring Learning Path. Upon completion of the exam a notification was shown stating that I should receive an email with my Credly badge within 48-72 hours. It has already been 4 days and I still have not received it

    I have the same problem. I passed the exam on June 12, 2025, and I'm still waiting for the certificate. I already sent an email to global.exams@broadcom.com. They said they are already working on the 'issue' - whatever that may actually mean.

    I eventually logged a support ticket and this was their response:

    "I completely understand your concern. Please note that the team is actively working on the issue, but it's a complex matter and will take some time to resolve.

    We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation. I'll keep you updated as soon as I have more information.

    Thank you once again for your understanding.I am closing the ticket now

    Best regards,
    Broadcom Certification Team"

    So, apparently they're looking at the problem, and the ticket is closed without a resolution…

    Curious. They just answered me and from their text I assumed 2-3 weeks was normal for them:

    Please note that the process will take at least 2-3 weeks to complete. The work is currently ongoing in the backend, and there are multiple candidates in the queue as well.
    We kindly request your patience and understanding as we work through this. Thank you for allowing us some time.

    I finally received my certification 6 days after the exam and 2 days after asking for help to global.exams@broadcom.com.

    I don't really know if receiving my certification is related to sending that email or not.

    Congrats on getting your certification :)

    I've now waited 2 weeks and I opened a support ticket, 3 days after passing the exam, where the response was that they're working on it and will update me when the issue is resolved. 

    I'll try emailing global.exams - hopefully I'll get my certification sometime next week then.

    I sent an email to global.exams@broadcom.com on June 30th, and they replied with the same thing they told Albert - that I should wait and that it will take 2 to 3 weeks. It's currently been 9 days since I passed the certification and 7 days since I emailed them. I still haven't received the certificate. Please let me know what they reply to you and when you receive your certificate.

    I'm happy that it worked out for you in just 6 days! I've been waiting since June 23rd... The response I got from global.exams@broadcom.com yesterday was very similar to the one posted here, but mine says "3-4 weeks".

    I'm curious about one thing: what's the date on the badge/certificate - is it the date of the exam or the date when the certificate gets issued?

    Me the same. I have waited for 3 days but didn't get my Credly badge. Seem the system has some problems.

    I've tried to send the email support but still not get response.

    I have the same problem. Passed the exam on 28.06.2025 and I am still waiting for the certificate. Paid a lot of money for this...

    I get the frustration, but there's not much we can do right now. Just wait out the timeframe they gave for the certificate.
    After that, if you haven't received it yet, I'd send an email to certification@vmware.com - patience is key :)

    I have the same problem. I recently passed the exam 2V0-21.23PSE on June 24, 2025, as part of the requirements for the VCP-DCV 2023 certification. However, the certification has not yet been issued in my Certification Manager profile.

    Hi everyone,

    I'm writing this post to share my experience and hopefully connect with others in a similar situation.

    I passed the 2V0-72.22: Spring Professional Developer exam on June 7, 2025, and received the score report immediately. However, I have not yet received the certificate or badge, nor any follow-up instructions on how to access them.

    I've contacted both Pearson VUE and Broadcom support multiple times, and although I've received replies, the responses have been vague. I was told that the issue may be related to the exam being retired by mistake, and that a backend team is working on it. Unfortunately, no clear timeline or official update has been provided so far.

    What concerns me most is that this issue doesn't seem to be officially acknowledged anywhere, despite the fact that others appear to be affected too. It's been almost a month, and I'm still in the dark.

    If you're going through the same thing, please feel free to reply here. It would be reassuring to know I'm not alone, and maybe together we can better understand what's going on.

    How has everyone's situation progressed since then?  
    I passed the exam on June 7.  
    Immediately after completing the exam, I received my score report.  
    I confirmed on the score report that I had passed.  
    However, even after waiting for some time following my successful result, I did not receive the certificate or badge.  
    The first time I contacted Broadcom was on June 23.  
    Since then, I have reached out to Broadcom multiple times.  
    Unfortunately, I still have not received my certificate or badge from Broadcom.

    If anyone has received their certificate or badge in June or July, please let us know your situation.  
    I am concerned whether there is any real progress being made toward resolving this issue.  
    I sincerely hope this issue gets resolved and that everyone ends up happy.

    I passed the exam on the 20th of June, so this is week 4 for me. I'm not holding my breath though, because I suspect Raza is an automated reply bot. I sent the email at 06:15 am and received a response literally 2 minutes later at 06:17 am. If I still don't have anything by Friday I'll send them another email fwiw.

    I sent them an email today at 7:19 AM and received a response at 7:31 AM.

    I honestly don't think that Raza is a bot. It looks like a real person replying. However, it's clear they are sending the same generic response to everyone, with no real update or solution. 

    To me, it seems like they are just shifting the timeline further. First it was 2–3 weeks, now it's 3–4 weeks... This delay is affecting my employment, and I'm honestly starting to lose confidence in how this is being handled. Has anyone recently received their certificate?

    Here is the response I got today:

    Hi,
    Due to ongoing backend system concern , the certificate issuance process is currently taking approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of exam completion. Rest assured, your certification is being processed, and we are actively working to ensure it is delivered as soon as possible.

    We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We will notify you once your certificate is available.

    After the very first reply ("3-4 weeks"), they stopped responding. So I don't think it's a bot either, I'm just being ignored. I don't think anyone cares either.

    I know of a couple of colleagues of mine who took the exam two weeks after me and have already received the badge.

    I took the exam on the 2025-06-22 and still after over a month didn't received the certificate. I opened a case with broadcom, but just got an initial templated answer,

    After that I got no answers anymore even though I asked weeks later why this I still didn't receive my certification.

    I'm currently applying and this is lowering my chances to get a good employment..

    It has been over a month, and I still haven't received my badge. I contacted Broadcom Exam, but they remained silent and did not respond to me.

    First, they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Then they changed it to 3 to 4. And today, when it's been over 4 weeks for me, I wrote to them again, but they haven't responded at all. So after all the promises came silence.

    Glad i found this thread. I completed it on August 17th, have not received anything apart from score report. 
    I also need to present certification to my employer, so quite unacceptable for this to take so long. I would assume this a simple automated process.

    In the meantime, your score report serves as proof of your exam status. Should your employer require verification, please reach out to us at global.exams@broadcom.com.

    It's practically a horror story at this point.

    According to the initial official information, the certificate was supposed to arrive within 2–3 days after passing the exam.

    In reality, I've been kept waiting for two full months since passing.

    During that time, an AI chatbot named Raza kept stalling with canned responses like:

    "This process will take 2–3 weeks."

    Then again, "This process will take 2–3 weeks."

    Then, "This process will take 2 weeks."

    And then, "This process will take 25–35 days."

    I too, got the same problem.
    I thought it is only happening to me, but seems like this is a major issue.

    I took the exam on 12 July, didn't receive any badge, then decided to email them on 15 July.
    I got this reply:

    Hi,

    Then I proceed to email them back on 4 August, and this is what I received

    At this point, this is ridiculous! How come I should wait for a whole 2 months just to get my certificate.
    They really need to do something, its unfitting to be called an "Enterprise" level service.

    Has anyone received their certificate and badge yet?
    I'd feel reassured if I could hear that at least one person has "recently received their certificate and badge."

    It's been a full two months since I passed the exam, but I still haven't received my certificate or badge.
    Of course, I've emailed Broadcom many times, but Raza only replies with the template answer saying "it will take 3–4 weeks," and nothing has been resolved.

    For me, it has been almost two full months since I passed, but I still have not received my certificate. I sent them several emails to get a status update, but they started ignoring me. I have not received any reply from them for several weeks now. No idea what to do at this point. Very unprofessional from their side.

    Edit: I contacted them via live chat and their reported this issue with link to this thread (created new case). So I will let you know.

    I received my Credly badge and thus my certificate today, too. It took quite a while, but I'm glad to finally have it. I hope you all receive your certificates soon as well.

    I know of people who took the exam 2-3 weeks after me (in the middle of July) and got their certificate about two weeks after completing the exam. Others with about the same exam date haven't heard back from broadcom yet (everyone only sees the exam result at the certmetrics site).

    I'm still waiting (exam on June 23rd).

    And just a few hours after posting this, I got an email that informed me a credly badge had been issued! After that I was able to download the certification document from certmetrics. So there's hope for you as well!

    Hello everyone,

    I can finally make a constructive report in this thread.
    On August 13, I finally received the notification for my badge.
    The badge notification came from admin@credly.com with the subject line "[Broadcom issued you a new badge]."
    I also confirmed that my [Credential Status] on Broadcom's website shows "Spring Certified Professional 2024 [v2]" registered as "Active."

    I hope this can serve as proof that "if you wait, the certificate and badge will eventually arrive."

    I wish for everyone to receive their badge and certificate soon.

    Additional information:
    I passed the exam on June 7.
    Since then, I exchanged numerous emails with Raza, but every time, I only received the same template responses such as "It will take another 2–3 weeks" or "It will take another 3–4 weeks," which felt like mere stalling.
    In the email I received from Raza on July 31, it said "It will take another 25–35 days."
    In the end, I received my certificate and badge on August 13.
    Looking at the outcome, I believe [Raza is either an AI chatbot or an assistant staff member who does not have an accurate grasp of the situation].
