    Hello,

    I am currently in the process of renewing my certifications and have encountered an issue while reviewing my certificates on the Certmetrics site.

    Despite the recent acquisitions migration, my certificates have not been successfully transferred to the new Certmetrics site. I have reviewed the below discussion and followed the provided links, but I continue to receive the attached error message.

    I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with the migration of my certificates to the new Certmetrics site. Any assistance or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Mohamed

    Your certifications will be stored in CertManager (cp.certmetrics.com/vmware/en/login). When I looked you up by name there are multiple accounts so its hard to troubleshoot your problem. Please use Broadcom support to submit a ticket for additional support.
