Certmetrics account is empty after the transition

    Hey there,

    unfortunately the certmetrics migration gave me an empty account where no credential is attached to it and in the company field i've got NODATA listed.

    Even the credly-SSO E-Mail is wrong.

    Where can i get support for this? thankfully i've got all my transcripts saved from myLearn.vmware.com but since certmetrics doesn't show any support options within this account and the broadcom support portal still gives me an error and the virtual chat assistant doesn't know about certmetrics.

    How can i contact support to fix my account?

    Are you logging into the Certmetrics portal with the Broadcom account you are using for the communities?

    Hey vmtraining,

    i'm currently using my company account (VMware Partner) that is used by Brodacom SSO which has been migrated from the VMware Customerconnect portal.

    I've also received a second E-Mail from Broadcom on my private E-Mail that was used on the mylearn.vmware.com profile but that account also doesn't have any certifications with in and the credly mail and Company is also wrong.

    And i still can't sign into wolkencloud services to open a ticket with this account i'm writing because https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com gives me an "We could not process your request, please try again later" Error with the company account and with my private account i get an "Invalid token. Please try logging in to Okta" Error.

    Hi Oliver, we have been using this form for certification support and it doesn't seem to require you to login first. Its slightly different to your form. https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form. Let me know if you still have issues.

    Hi Sharelle,

    i still get a login screen when using your link to access the support-website and then i simply get an "We could not process your request, please try later).

    I've also written Partnersupport an e-mail on the 12th of june and 21st of May but got no answer back :( I've send them all my transcripts as a PDF from the old MyLearn Website.

    Seeing how you are able to find the account in other Threads. What would you need to search for it?

    I can give you the following information:

    VMware Candidate ID: VMW-02837524H-02789328

    Certified Name: Oliver Lis

    Last Certification i got was VCAP VCP Design 2023 gained on 5th of October 2023

    My only guess is that all data lies within my old employee account o.lis@profi-ag.de to which i don't have any access anymore and therefore can't look there and my other e-mail addreses to which i got an email from broadcom certmetrics is still empty.

    Hi Oliver, sorry this hasn't been a smooth process. Yes, I can confirm that your records are contained in you profi-ag.de account. But not to worry! You can submit this form https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form. Case Type = Education: VCF Certification; Component = Profile Merge. In the description, let them know any email addresses you may have had associated with your VMware history, tell them which one will be the 'survivor' and they will combine into one.

    Sorry for opening another topic but I think it also has something to do with it but I have some doubts...
    I took my exam on June 30th VCTA-DCV
    I would like to know how long it will take to obtain the certificate? So far it doesn't appear in my cp.metrics.
    How do I obtain the certificate? My VMware Candidate ID: VMW-03174658M-03111527

    Unfortunately, our entire support team was impacted by recent layoffs. We are working to get new people skilled up (including myself) but I don't have a timeline for adding new resources at this time. It may be some time before all tickets are addressed.

    Since I opened the ticket with reference ID 35437688, 14 days have passed and to this day I have not received any response and so far since June 30th my VCTA-DCV certification has not shown anything in my Certmetrics

    Any news about this ?

    I confirm that I can now view the certificate, but I noticed that the name it reflects is not my surname, that is, Hezeron Bráulio appears instead of Hezeron João, which is the last name.

    Is it possible to change it to Hezeron João instead of Hezeron Bráulio ?

    I received an email resolving my ticket from the technical support team and in this same email I asked about it and they asked for my government ID from my country to arrange the change and I provided it.

    But until now I have not received any further response from them.
