  • 1.  Certmetrics account is empty after the transition

    Hey there,

    unfortunately the certmetrics migration gave me an empty account where no credential is attached to it and in the company field i've got NODATA listed.

    Even the credly-SSO E-Mail is wrong.

    Where can i get support for this? thankfully i've got all my transcripts saved from myLearn.vmware.com but since certmetrics doesn't show any support options within this account and the broadcom support portal still gives me an error and the virtual chat assistant doesn't know about certmetrics.

    How can i contact support to fix my account?

    Are you logging into the Certmetrics portal with the Broadcom account you are using for the communities?

    Hey vmtraining,

    i'm currently using my company account (VMware Partner) that is used by Brodacom SSO which has been migrated from the VMware Customerconnect portal.

    I've also received a second E-Mail from Broadcom on my private E-Mail that was used on the mylearn.vmware.com profile but that account also doesn't have any certifications with in and the credly mail and Company is also wrong.

    And i still can't sign into wolkencloud services to open a ticket with this account i'm writing because https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com gives me an "We could not process your request, please try again later" Error with the company account and with my private account i get an "Invalid token. Please try logging in to Okta" Error.

    Hi Oliver, we have been using this form for certification support and it doesn't seem to require you to login first. Its slightly different to your form. https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form. Let me know if you still have issues.
