Since I opened the ticket with reference ID 35437688, 14 days have passed and to this day I have not received any response and so far since June 30th my VCTA-DCV certification has not shown anything in my Certmetrics

Unfortunately, our entire support team was impacted by recent layoffs. We are working to get new people skilled up (including myself) but I don't have a timeline for adding new resources at this time. It may be some time before all tickets are addressed.

In the description, let them know any email addresses you may have had associated with your VMware history, tell them which one will be the 'survivor' and they will combine into one.

I've also written Partnersupport an e-mail on the 12th of june and 21st of May but got no answer back :( I've send them all my transcripts as a PDF from the old MyLearn Website.

i'm currently using my company account (VMware Partner) that is used by Brodacom SSO which has been migrated from the VMware Customerconnect portal.
I've also received a second E-Mail from Broadcom on my private E-Mail that was used on the mylearn.vmware.com profile but that account also doesn't have any certifications with in and the credly mail and Company is also wrong.
And i still can't sign into wolkencloud services to open a ticket with this account i'm writing because https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com gives me an "We could not process your request, please try again later" Error with the company account and with my private account i get an "Invalid token. Please try logging in to Okta" Error.

unfortunately the certmetrics migration gave me an empty account where no credential is attached to it and in the company field i've got NODATA listed.
Even the credly-SSO E-Mail is wrong.
Where can i get support for this? thankfully i've got all my transcripts saved from myLearn.vmware.com but since certmetrics doesn't show any support options within this account and the broadcom support portal still gives me an error and the virtual chat assistant doesn't know about certmetrics.
How can i contact support to fix my account?
