    Hello.  I received email about Broadcom providing Zowe support.

    Tried to enter a case.  Case would not accept Zowe as a product.

    Called support.  Support knew nothing about Zowe.  Suppot told me to email todd.schriever

    todd.schriever was a bad email address.

    Call support again.  Again support knew nothing about Zowe.  Told me to enter a thread here.  Can someone explain where/how to get a case open for a Zowe 3.0.0 issue?

    Hi Larry,

    My sincere apologies for this experience.

    Can you tell me what product you tried to open a case under?  

    All Broadcom Mainframe customers should see a ZOWE tile in their MY DOWNLOADS at support.broadcom.com.  Can you please confirm for me that

    • you are able to navigate to the MY DOWNLOADS area (shown below)
    • when you click on MY DOWNLOADS you see the ZOWE tile in the list of products?

    Hi Larry, 

    Case creation could depend on issue/question you have, but you should be able to get support.
    If it's zowe itself then you should search for product name ZOWE. 
    If you integrating it with some other product then you can open a case for that product that you trying to integrate.
