I am using Automic Automation version 24.3.0+hf.3. In our environment, we've observed that the WPs (Worker Processes) take a significantly long time to start approximately 14 minutes.
Other components such as JCP, JWP, and REST APIs are starting normally without any delay.
We have two environments, UAT and Production, both using the same configurations and connecting to the same database. However, this startup delay is occurring only in the UAT environment; the Production environment starts up fine without any issues.
Additionally, we've noticed that during the WP startup in UAT, the CPU usage remains minimal-around 1%, which suggests the system is not under heavy load.
Kindly advise on what could be causing this delay or suggest any steps we can take to troubleshoot this further.
